absolutely unacceptable experience at imperial rooms. the so-called 'monument view' was merely some ruins—how delightful. also, the 'jacuzzi' is just a glorified bathtub. i expected an upgrade after my complaints but received nothing. funny how they advertise luxury but deliver chaos and cheapness. honestly almost considered a good review until. well, just couldn’t.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Our experience was marred by several inconveniences. The rules felt unnecessarily restrictive. we couldn't bring guests back without them checking in. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable in a hot room, and the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, making it hard to sleep soundly.

exceptional view of the colosseum from the room, and very helpful staff who catered to our every need. the breakfast was ample with a different choice of croissant every morning.

Imperial Rooms has a superb location right across from the Colosseum. My room was spacious and very clean, exceeding my expectations. The air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool during warm days. The staff were accommodating and helpful, offering excellent local dining recommendations. carrying luggage without an elevator made it a bit challenging. The internet connection was spotty and could definitely be better. Despite these minor inconveniences, I truly enjoyed the proximity to major attractions and the bustling atmosphere of the area.

Solo traveler but not cheap! !

The location was excellent—just right across from the major attraction, so I often found myself marveling at the sight of the majestic structure every morning while sipping coffee. During my stay, I caught the staff being super accommodating, which made the experience more enjoyable than I expected. They even helped me with some great recommendations for nearby places to eat, it was a plus! !

The view from our room of the Colosseum was breathtaking, and the outdoor terrace added a charming touch to our mornings with fresh coffee.

Fantastic location near the Colosseum!

I had a great time during my stay, especially because the location was just steps away from the Colosseum and other historic sites. The room was a pleasant surprise—spacious and clean with great air conditioning for the warm days. Plus, the nearby restaurants and bars were perfect for evening outings. the noise from the bar below was a bit disruptive at night, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs.
